Happy Monday, friend.
I hope you rested over the weekend. Genuinely rested, not just physically present while your mind ran through your to-do list. We are in a season of building, and building well requires more than hustle. It requires intention.
This week is significant for us at Enterprise and Heels. We are stepping into something we have been praying over, planning for, and building toward and today we get to bring you into it fully. I bet you can already guess what it is.
There is a lot in today's newsletter. Grab your coffee, find a quiet five minutes, and read this slowly. Every section has something for you.

Writer's Column
I want to tell you something before we get into everything else.
A few weeks ago, Sese and I got on a call and asked ourselves one question: what do the women in this community actually need right now? What do they genuinely need?
And the answer that kept coming back to us was this: they need to learn how to build something that lasts.
Not just grow fast. Not just go viral. Not just survive another quarter. Actually build something - a business, a brand, a life - that is still standing in ten years.
That conviction became our conference theme. And today we are sharing it with you for the first time.
We also did something else last week. We held a free webinar - Why Am I So Busy But Getting Nothing Done? - and the response was something neither of us expected. Women were in the comments saying things like "this is exactly what I needed" and "I am starting the 3-3-1 tomorrow." That is why we do this. Not for the numbers. For the woman who needed to hear it.
There is a lot coming this week and this month. Stay close.
With love, Paula

The Big Reveal β Built to Last
Enterprise and Heels Annual Conference 2026
We have a theme.
Built to Last β Sustainability, systems and structure!
This August, Enterprise and Heels 3rd annual conference holds in Jos, Plateau State. You are in for a full day of strategy, community, inspiration, and real conversation. We are gathering purposeful women who are done building for the moment and ready to build for the long game.
The conference will go deep on three things: sustainability, systems, and structure. Because those are the conversations that actually change how you build not just this year, but for the next decade.
π
Date: August 1st, 2026 π Location: Jos, Plateau State ποΈ Early bird tickets open: Friday May 1st
Early bird pricing will not last long. Set your reminder for Thursday and be ready. The women who move first always get the best experience.

Webinar Recap β Why Am I So Busy But Getting Nothing Done?
Last week, we hosted our free productivity webinar and the room was full, the chat was alive, and the conversation was exactly what we hoped it would be.
If you missed it, here is what we taught:
- Most women are not unproductive because they are lazy or disorganised. They are unproductive because of three specific things: unclear priorities, context switching β which costs you 23 minutes of refocus time every single interruption β and decision fatigue. And underneath all of it is an identity issue: many of us have confused being busy with being valuable.
WE followed with the fix - a simple framework called the 3-3-1 Method:
- 3 Most Important Tasks - written before you open any app in the morning
- 3 Time blocks - deep work first, communication second, admin last
- 1 Non-negotiable for tomorrow - written before you close your laptop at night
That is it. No complicated system. No app required. Just three tasks, three blocks, and one decision the night before.
If you attended, we hope you started already. If you missed it, you can start now!
This week's tip comes straight from the webinar.
Your most important work belongs in the morning.
Not after you have answered 30 WhatsApp messages. Not after you have scrolled through Instagram for inspiration. Not after three meetings that could have been voice notes.
Your brain is sharpest in the first two to three hours of your day. That is your deep work window. Guard it like it is money. Put your one most important task there - the thing that actually moves your business forward - and do it before the world gets access to you.
Try it this week. Just this week. See what changes.
Resource Suggestion - Claude by Anthropic
This week we are recommending something we use ourselves and honestly cannot imagine building without anymore.
Claude - claude.ai
Claude is an AI assistant built by Anthropic, and it is one of the most genuinely useful tools we have found for women who are building businesses, creating content, and trying to do more with less time.
Here is what you can use it for:
- Writing and editing - emails, proposals, newsletters, social media captions, webinar scripts, sponsorship letters
- Brainstorming - content ideas, business strategy, event planning
- Research and summarising - getting the key points from a topic without spending hours on it
- Planning - building timelines, trackers, and frameworks for your business
We use it for content, for the conference, for strategy documents, and for first drafts of almost everything. It does not replace your voice or your thinking, it just helps you do more of it, faster.
Go to claude.ai and start with whatever is sitting on your to-do list right now. You will thank yourself.
A lot is happening and we want you to be part of it.
