What is Built to Last?

The 2026 Annual Conference is a full day designed for the woman who is done building for the moment and ready to build for the long game.

We are gathering hundreds of purposeful women in Jos for a day of keynote addresses, sessions, panels, networking, and community - all centered on the three things we believe will change how you build from here: sustainability, systems, and structure.

Not how to go viral. Not how to grow overnight. How to build something that is still standing — and still serving you — in ten years.

Why Jos?

Because the women of the Middle Belt are building and dreaming boldly, and they deserve a conference that shows up for them. Jos is home, Jos is real and Jos is the birthing place of giants. We believe that the women building in this city and its environs don't need to get on a plane to get quality business and personal development.
