Hey Reader,
Midweek. You made it.
I want to ask you something before we get into everything else. How are you actually doing? Not the version you share on your stories. The real one. The one that you see in the mirror between the tasks and the to-do lists and the things you said you would have figured out by now.
I ask because this week has reminded me of something I keep coming back to - the women who build something that lasts are not the ones who had the perfect circumstances. They are the ones who decided to show up anyway. In the middle of the uncertainty. In the middle of the tired. In the middle of the not-yet.
That is who this community is made of. And that is exactly why what I am about to share with you matters.
First, we need to talk about productivity.
Not the do-more-move-faster kind. The real kind. The kind that actually moves the needle on the things that matter to you.
We ran a poll in the community recently and the number one thing you told us you were struggling with was feeling unproductive. Busy all day and somehow still behind. Tired but not accomplished. Doing everything and still feeling like you are not doing enough.
We heard you. And we are doing something about it.
Why Am I So Busy But Getting Nothing Done?A free live webinar for women who are working hard and still feel stuck
We are going to talk about why busyness is not the same as progress, what is actually keeping you stuck despite everything you are doing, and a simple framework to help you end each day feeling accomplished instead of drained.
Built to Last is coming to Jos and we need your hands.
The 2026 Enterprise and Heels Annual Conference is happening on August 1st in Jos, Plateau State, and behind every great conference is a team of extraordinary people who showed up before the lights came on.
We are looking for volunteers who are passionate, reliable, and ready to be part of something meaningful. If you are in or around Jos and you want to be part of the team that makes Built to Last happen from the inside, we want to hear from you.
Partnerships are open!
If you run a business or know a brand that wants to be in a room of 200 to 300 ambitious Nigerian women entrepreneurs this August, the conversation is open.
Sponsoring E & H 2026 conference means your brand is not just seen, it is part of the experience. From product gifting to stage visibility to social media features, we have packages designed to put the right brands in front of the right people.

Early bird opens May 1st.
Yes. May 1st!
If you have been thinking about coming to Jos this August, keep your calendar booked. Early bird pricing will not last long and the women who move first are always the ones who get the best experience.
Set a reminder. Tell a friend. And get ready.
Built to Last is not just a conference. It is a decision. A declaration that you are done building for the moment and ready to build for the long game.
We will see you on the 1st of August.
With warmth and excitement,
Paula Pwul
